Clients may cancel projects at any time by providing written notice via email to info@novadesignforge.pro. Cancellation terms depend on the project phase and work completed at the time of cancellation notice.
We also reserve the right to cancel projects under certain circumstances as outlined in section 3 below.
Refunds are calculated based on work completed at the time of cancellation:
Project completion percentage is determined by NOVADESIGNFORGE based on milestones achieved, time invested, and deliverables completed. This assessment will be provided to the client upon cancellation request.
We reserve the right to cancel projects and terminate agreements if:
In such cases, we will provide written notice and opportunity to remedy the situation before proceeding with cancellation.
Upon cancellation, clients receive all completed work files and deliverables for which full payment has been made. This includes:
Incomplete work, work-in-progress files, and intellectual property for unfinished components remain the property of NOVADESIGNFORGE unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days of cancellation confirmation and final invoice settlement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the project.
Bank transfer fees or payment processing charges may be deducted from refund amounts. International transfers may take additional time and incur currency conversion fees.
Before processing any refund, the following must be completed:
Costs for third-party services (hosting, domains, licenses, stock photos, etc.) purchased specifically for the project are non-refundable and will be transferred to the client or deducted from any refund amount.
Clients are responsible for managing these services independently after project cancellation.
Projects marked as rush, priority, or expedited may have different cancellation terms due to resource allocation and scheduling impacts. These terms will be clearly specified in the project agreement.
In cases where project cancellation is due to circumstances beyond either party's control (natural disasters, pandemics, legal changes, etc.), refund amounts will be calculated fairly based on work completed and costs incurred.
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will first be addressed through direct communication between parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
