1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by NOVADESIGNFORGE LTD ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

NOVADESIGNFORGE provides digital design and development services including but not limited to: brand identity design, UI/UX design, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and ongoing maintenance and support.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the deliverables specified in the project agreement. NOVADESIGNFORGE retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

NOVADESIGNFORGE's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
